Great article Tamara! I committed to working out a minimum of two times per week at the beginning of tax season and have stuck to my goal. The reduction in my stress level has been very noticeable and my energy level has been higher than ever. As you stated, exercise is really important and does make a difference.

I too, am hooked. I am by no means a morning person but now I wake up at 5:45 a couple of mornings each week so that I can catch an early morning hot yoga class because I am addicted to how it makes me feel!
